The said he spoke so eleoquently
With words dripping from his lips
So sensual so beautiful
I had to go to see him
Had to hear him speak
I listened
A stranger at the mic
Or so i thought
He searched the audience
As if he was searching my very soul
And juggled words and phrases
that invoked memories untold.
He spoke as if he knew me,
His words burned right through me.
I began to feel uncomfortable,
A bit shaken by his knowledge of my life
His audience? Did they know? Could they tell?
But it felt so right.
He gripped the mic
and our eyes met
as his expressions rapily exposed
my innermost thoughts.
And just when I couldn't take anymore
His audience exploded into thunderous applause.
